I waste a lot of time clicking the back button on a lot of blogs that consist mainly of recycled information apparently gleaned from self-help books. These blogs often have a zillion comments telling the author how brilliant they are and how much everyone agrees with the platitudes they offer and how much they love...
I live on a sailboat (@sailtotrail / sailtotrail.com). I explore, kayak, run an ad agency (@jetatomic / jetswithbombs.com), and am known to wear a kilt. If you'd like to ask what I wear underneath... at least buy me a drink first. Maybe two.
Following the rules doesn't only make for a boring existence, it also severely limits your ability to do anything remarkable. Deconstruct everything, figure out the good parts, re-engineer without assumption. Otherwise you'll spend life working toward death on an installment plan.
